Roasted Shrimp marinaded with Korean spices, served with steamed jasmine rice and siracha green beans.

Garbanzo beans slow cooked in a Cuban style tomato broth with fresh onions and peppers. Served with jasmine rice and plantains. 

Contest prep style proteins are prepared using simple in house seasonings with no additional oils or butters.
