Lean ground beef simmered with fresh green onions, garlic, ginger and red pepper. Served with basmati rice and steamed asparagus.

Roasted shrimp tossed in fresh garlic, and cilantro. Served over a bed of Spanish rice, served with steamed sweet peppers.

Cilantro lime quinoa tossed together with black beans, corn, red onions, and cherry tomatoes.

Contest prep style proteins are prepared using simple in house seasonings with no additional oils or butters.
