Slow cooked chicken breast in fresh Italian herbs served with lemon potatoes and sweet peppers.

Ground turkey prepared with green onions, diced bell peppers, and fresh ginger served with pineapple jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. 

Lean ground beef meatballs seasoned and stuffed with minced onions and fresh garlic. Served with yellow Spanish rice, sweet plantains and cherry tomatoes.

Simmered black beans served with cilantro lime rice, cherry tomatoes, and roasted corn.

Contest prep style proteins are prepared using simple in house seasonings with no additional oils or butters.

Our homemade Chimichurri using chopped parsley, cilantro, oregano, and red onions. Fresh herbs tossed in olive oil is great on everything- as a topping on your favorite grilled meats or double as a marinade!
